GoBubble — CAIO
Enterprise Emotion AI platform: 40M+ communications checked, across 70 countries and 3,500+ institutions. Clients included VISA, CVS, The FA, and Manchester City. I identified the use cases with enterprise stakeholders, built the business cases, and took internationally patented Emotion AI from research to production — running across 14 languages at 99.9% uptime, at 94% R² accuracy. The AI-first transformation delivered a 70% cost reduction and 80%+ engagement, and the governance — ISO 27001, GDPR, child-safety compliance across 70+ jurisdictions — won Fortune 500 clients. The company was acquired in an all-cash exit in March 2024.

GCC enterprise AI readiness platform: GenAI voice agents assessing workforces for enterprise and public sector clients. Multi-agent LangGraph orchestration on UAE-native LLM inference; full voice sovereignty via self-hosted real-time streaming on AWS; complete re-platform with data sovereignty as a hard architectural constraint.
Massnad — Head of Artificial Intelligence
Sovereign, white-label enterprise AI for regulated GCC sectors. Open-source LLM inference running entirely inside the client's own cloud tenant — zero data egress at inference time. Seven specialist AI personas mapped to business functions, grounded retrieval with citations, and full audit logging. A finished product, not raw tooling.
Crown Cards — CAIO
B2B SaaS infrastructure — the white-label collectibles layer for teams, events, and clubs, with the gamer at the centre. Taken from zero to live commercial product in around 16 weeks as sole technical founder: computer-vision stat capture with fraud detection, generative card pipelines with custom LoRA fine-tuning, automated red-teaming and evaluation, an autonomous QA agent testing the live platform nightly, and a complete trading economy with payments. Led commercial development to a weighted pipeline valued at $1M+, including a three-year white-label partnership taken through to contract.

An AI-powered education platform benefiting more than a million children worldwide, with governance frameworks built ahead of regulation alongside the ICO, Ofsted, and Estyn.

Sergeant, Cheshire Police (2004–2010): safeguarding, investigations, team management, crisis leadership, and complex projects. National PR Manager, Weightmans (2002–2003): all communications and governance across five national sites, including merger communications for two acquired firms. Senior PR Account Executive, Quadrant Public Relations (1997–2001): winner of The Economist international award for marketing management and strategy (CAM Foundation); crisis communications for oil, pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients, including national coverage for a FTSE 100 petrochemical group.
